Learn practical skills to:

       Work with stress and anxiety

       Have better focus and concentration for study

       Be more confident and self-aware

       Have a better relationship with yourself and others

Starting Wed October 4th for 6 weeks in G004 in Library Lobby (go right behind lift)

Choice of times:  5 – 6:30 or 6:30 – 8pm
